All Double-O’s and Bond Girls arriving by air into Las Vegas between 10am and 6pm (notification of your schedule REQUIRED) may proceed to the limousine section at the westside of the baggage claim area. Identify yourself to the agent with the appropriate code phrase.

During your transportation, agents be briefed by one of our Moneypenny’s as to your Medical Recertification schedule. You will be required to have all documents with you with the usual signatures – Official Secrets Act, Power of Attorney etc., when you arrive for Medical.

Any operatives, and Bond Girls, arriving by other means (driving, parachuting, jet-pack, auto-gyro) will receive their Medical timetable by courier before the event. You then may proceed to The Venetian check-in to acquire your official documents, be sure to identify yourselves as with Dare To Be Bond.

10:00 am – 7:00 pm – Medical Recertification. All Agents, and Bond Girls, must follow their Medical Recertification schedule. All other schedules, documents, required devices, etc., will be given upon check in.

8:00 pm - Flight Qualifications in the Hospitality Suite.

9:00 pm – 11:00 pm - General Briefing for all operatives over 21 years of age. Jaguar, our resident sommelier, will be hosting a wine tasting event with a variety of wines and a possible challenge. Additional refreshments will be provided and the opportunity to “talk shop” amongst all. This will also be good opportunity to discuss the exchange of any “materials” between operatives.

11:00 pm -  Optional no host event at the Shadow Bar at Caesar's Palace Hotel and Casino.

Friday 8 August 2008

9:30 am – 1:00 pm – “Bullets” - Agents required Weapons Recertification at The Gun Store, gather at the Hospitality Suite at 9:30 am. (Bond Girls may choose to do either the Bullets or the Beauty Event)

9:30 am – 1:00 pm – “Beauty 1” – Bond Girl event to be held at the Canyon Ranch Spa *

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm - "License to Spill" Poolside party & briefing. Two drinks are included.  Water Recertification required for Agents, optional for Bond Girls.

6:45 pm - 10:00 pm – Join Kerim's Gypsy Friends for Dinner 

Saturday 9 August 2008

9:30 am – 1:00 pm – “Ride the Orient Express” Agent required Recon event, optional for Bond Girls 

10:30 am - 2:00pm – Bond Girl shopping event (optional)

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – “Beauty 2” Bond Girl pre-party Hair/Makeup at Canyon Ranch Spa *

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm – Agent Awards and Q-Branch Presentation at the Hospitality Suite. We will be departing for dinner immediately following.

7:00 pm – 9:30 pm – “Agent Appreciation Dinner” We will dine with the Cossacks under the Hammer and Sickle at the wonderful Red Square in the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. And if we are all good agents our wonderful hostess from last year, Jenny, may invite us for a sip in the Vault!

10:00 pm - A very special surprise as the evening ends with drinks and dancing at a great Las Vegas Club.

11:30am - Meet up for a farewell Champagne Brunch.

Departure Arrangements:

7:00 am - 11:00 pm - All attendees departing by air will receive complimentary limo transportation to the airport.

For those departing after checkout, the hotel will hold your larger pieces of luggage, your carry-ons may be left in the hospitality suite.  If you wish to use the hotel pool, etc... until your departure, you can also use the hospitality room to change and freshen up.

Bond Girls - Beauty events 1 and 2 are choices, one or the other may be done. If neither would be your choice, please let us know.
